The palette was inspired by the Australian flag since koalas are native.
An important and constant aspect present throughout my process involves tapping into my center and finding a sense of calm amidst the chaos. To do that, acts of repetition and patterning are continuous during my creative journey.
One example of this process manifesting lately are these meticulous and purposefully drawn, symbols mixed with binary code (ones and zeroes) clustered, repetitive and tightly organized. These represent the filtering of noise and chaos. Part of that noise involves her significant concern for present day tech consumption and how it filters our life experience with the actual world. Putting the noise into some sense of organization is extremely satisfying and centering.
