Fragments: Disconnection, Composition #VIII
Metal, fabric, recycled plastic, dried flower & found objects 12x9 (Frame included) I am inspired by human courage and resilience across the globe. So many people facing adversity are determined to pick up the pieces and move forward after experiencing loss from natural disasters. It is inspiring!
In this piece, I empathize with the feeling of disconnection and desperate attempt to reconnect and feel a sense of belonging again. It takes a while to understand sudden changes and often requires adaptation from everyone. The good thing is it often gives an opportunity to change. Bring new attitudes. Find new relationships. This collage is signed on the front and includes a certificate of originality. |
